Company Secretary: Must have passed final examination of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and shall hold the Membership of the said Institute. Assistant Town Planner: Degree in Architecture (5 years full time course) with minimum 60% marks and Post Graduation in Town Planning from recognized University. Mode of Selection:
Selection will be based on Written Examination, Computer Exam (AUTOCAD), Computer Exam & Valid GATE Score.
Required Age:
Candidates minimum age must not be less than 18 years & maximum age must not be more than 35 years. (Upper Age Relaxation of 5 years for OBC/ SC/ ST)
Essential Qualification:
For post 1 Degree in Architecture 5 years Full Time course with PG in Town Planning from recognized University, Knowledge of Computer in the area. Candidate with Experience in the field of Infrastructure Development in any organization of repute would be given due weightage.
For post 2 Degree in Civil Engineering with valid GATE Score.
For post 3 Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks from recognized University.
For post 4 B.Com with 60% or above with Certificate course in Information Technology (RSCIT) conducted by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University Kota under control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited. Extra weightage for additional qualification i.e. CA/ CMA 20%, CA (Inter)/ CMA (Inter)/ M.Com (ABST) 10%.
For post 5 Law Graduate with 55% marks or 2nd class Law Graduate with LLM.
For post 6 Diploma in Architecture from Polytechnic with 2 years Experience as Draughtsman in reputed organization of Town Planning/ Architecture along with certified course of AUTOCAD software from recognized Institute or Certificate course of Draughtsman (Civil) from NCVT with 2 years Experience as Draughtsman in reputed organization of Town Planning/ Architecture along with certified course of AUTOCAD software.
For post 7 Senior Secondary from recognized Board or its equivalent and ‘O’ or High Level Certificate course conducted by DOEACC or Computer Operator & Programme Assistant(COPA)/Data Preparation & Computer Software(DPCS) certificate organized under National/ State Council of Vocational Training scheme or Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Applications from recognized University or Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from recognized Polytechnic Institute or Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT).
